Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Although Swiss law does not provide for a general right of withdrawal for online purchases, we voluntarily grant you a right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, provided that the packaging is unopened and undamaged.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to revoke the contract clearly (e.g., by email) within this period.

Return conditions:

• The goods must be returned immediately and at the latest within 14 days after the withdrawal declaration.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important notes:

• Only goods in their original unopened packaging are eligible for return.
• No refund will be given for opened or damaged products.
